1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "you", "your") and 2888bat ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By completing the registration process on 2888bat, by making a deposit, or by placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use any 2888bat service. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

2Eligibility and Age Requirements

To register and use 2888bat, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. 2888bat takes underage gambling extremely seriously. We may request identity documentation to verify your age at any point, including before processing a withdrawal.
• Capacity: You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Corporations and automated entities may not register accounts.
• Location: You must not be accessing 2888bat from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of 2888bat is lawful in your location.
• Self-exclusion: You must not have voluntarily excluded yourself from gambling platforms, either through a 2888bat self-exclusion request or through any third-party responsible gambling programme.

3Account Registration and Verification

Each individual may hold only one registered account on 2888bat. Registering multiple accounts — regardless of the payment methods, email addresses, or device used — is a violation of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must update your account details promptly if any information changes. 2888bat reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your identity, address, age, and payment methods at any time.

• Provide your real full name, date of birth, and Pakistani mobile number during registration.
• Keep your login credentials — username and password — strictly confidential. Do not share them with anyone.
• You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your account, whether or not you authorised it.
• Report any unauthorised access or suspected security breach to 2888bat support immediately.
• Standard verification documents may include a CNIC copy and a recent screenshot of your mobile wallet account. These are used solely for identity verification and are stored securely.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 2888bat are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We accept deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), and Pakistani-issued Visa or Mastercard debit or credit cards.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• 2888bat reserves the right to request verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure.
• Deposits made via bonus must meet the applicable wagering requirements before the balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. See Section 7 for full bonus and wagering rules.
• 2888bat does not accept deposits from third parties, joint accounts, or payment methods not registered in your name.
• In cases where a deposit is received but not credited due to technical reasons, contact 2888bat support with the transaction reference immediately. Do not repeat the deposit without speaking to support first.

5Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on 2888bat — including cricket, PSL, football, and all other covered sports — are subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific rules, where applicable, are displayed on the relevant market page before bet placement.

• Settlement basis: Standard match bets are settled on the official result at regular time, including stoppage time where applicable. Extra time and penalty shootouts are excluded unless the market specifically states otherwise.
• Postponed matches: If a match is postponed before kickoff or toss, all pre-match bets are voided and stakes returned. Rescheduled fixtures require a fresh bet placement.
• Abandoned matches: If a match is abandoned before the minimum overs or playing time required for an official result, all bets are void unless the governing competition authority declares an official result.
• Minimum bet: The minimum single bet on 2888bat is Rs 100. Accumulator minimum is also Rs 100 on the total stake.
• Maximum payout: Individual bet and accumulator payout limits apply per market. The applicable limit is shown in the betslip before confirmation. 2888bat reserves the right to restrict maximum stakes on individual markets or members at its discretion.
• Obvious errors: 2888bat reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were published due to a clear pricing error, software fault, or human mistake. Members who exploit obvious errors will have their winnings voided and may have their accounts suspended.
• In-play bets: In-play bets are accepted subject to live market availability. Once confirmed, in-play bets cannot be edited or withdrawn. Connection issues on the member's side do not invalidate confirmed bets.

6Live Casino Rules

The 2888bat live casino operates with physical equipment — real cards, real wheels, real dealers — streamed from professional studios in high definition. The following rules apply to all live casino products on the platform, including Live Roulette, Baccarat, Blackjack, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Dragon Tiger, and all live game show titles.

• Live casino bets are final once the betting timer closes and the betting panel locks. No modifications can be made after this point.
• If a technical fault interrupts a live casino round after your bet has been registered and the round result has been reached, the result stands and the bet is settled accordingly.
• If a live dealer makes a verifiable dealing error that is confirmed by the studio supervisor, the round may be declared void. In such cases, all stakes for that round are returned to members.
• In the event of a disconnection before the betting timer closes and before your bet has been confirmed, no bet is placed and no funds are deducted.
• 2888bat reserves the right to close or restrict access to specific live tables for maintenance, capacity management, or compliance reasons without prior notice.
• Winnings from live casino games are credited to your 2888bat balance immediately upon round settlement and are available for withdrawal or further play instantly.

7Bonuses and Promotions

2888bat offers various bonuses and promotional offers to members throughout the year, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, enhanced odds, and seasonal promotions tied to events like PSL and Eid. The following general rules apply to all 2888bat promotions unless a specific offer states otherwise in writing.

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement is stated clearly on each offer page. Failure to meet requirements before the expiry date results in forfeiture of the bonus balance.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active on your 2888bat account at any time unless an offer explicitly states it can be combined with another promotion.
• Game restrictions: Some bonuses may only be wagered on specific games or product categories. Bets placed on excluded games do not count towards the wagering requirement.
• Expiry: All 2888bat bonuses have an expiry period stated on the promotion page. Unused bonus funds and any derived winnings are forfeited if the wagering requirement is not met before expiry.
• Abuse prevention: 2888bat monitors all bonus activity. Any member found to be placing bets that constitute bonus abuse — including low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements while minimising real risk — will have their bonus balance and any derived winnings voided.
• One per household: Bonuses are limited to one per household, device, and IP address unless otherwise stated. Members sharing devices or households must declare this to 2888bat support to avoid triggering fraud detection systems.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 2888bat and will result in immediate account suspension and possible permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Match fixing and corruption: Placing bets based on inside information or participating in any scheme to fix the outcome of a sporting event or casino game is a serious offence and is reported to relevant sporting and legal authorities.
• Fraud: Any attempt to defraud 2888bat, including through chargeback requests on deposits that were genuinely used for betting, false identity claims, or manipulation of payment processes.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other members to gain an unfair advantage in live casino games, poker-style games, or any other competitive game format on 2888bat.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the 2888bat platform in a way not available through normal user access.
• Multiple accounts: Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person, in order to claim bonuses multiple times or circumvent account restrictions.
• Exploiting errors: Deliberately taking advantage of any pricing error, software bug, or system malfunction on 2888bat to gain an unfair advantage.

9Account Suspension and Closure

2888bat reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at its reasonable discretion. Common reasons for account action include, but are not limited to, the violations listed in Section 8, failure to provide requested verification documents, suspicious transaction activity, or where required by a regulatory authority or court order.

• Where an account is closed due to suspected fraud or rules violations, any balance held in the account may be withheld pending investigation.
• Where an account is closed for reasons other than rules violations — such as a voluntary closure request from the member — the outstanding verified balance will be returned to the member's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
• Members who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting 2888bat support via email or live chat. The request will be processed within 24 hours of identity confirmation.
• Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and result in access being blocked for the requested period. Self-exclusion periods cannot be shortened once applied.

10Privacy and Data Protection

2888bat collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Personal data is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and service improvement purposes.
• 2888bat does not sell personal data to third-party advertisers or marketing companies.
• All data is stored and transmitted using 256-bit SSL encryption on secure servers.

11Responsible Gaming

2888bat is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all members. We recognise that a small number of people can develop problematic gambling habits, and we take our responsibility to help prevent and address this seriously.

• Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings at any time. Limit reductions take effect immediately.
• Members may request a temporary cooling-off period or a permanent self-exclusion from 2888bat. These requests are processed immediately on confirmation of identity.
• Session time reminders are available for members who wish to track and manage the time they spend on the platform.

12Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 2888bat's total liability to any member arising from or in connection with these Terms, or from the use of the platform, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days immediately preceding the claim.

• 2888bat is not liable for any loss or damage arising from: internet or network outages, server downtime, cyberattacks, force majeure events, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• 2888bat is not responsible for losses resulting from a member's failure to keep login credentials secure, or from unauthorised access to an account where the member has shared credentials.
• 2888bat does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform and accepts no liability for losses caused by service interruptions, including during in-play betting events.

13Amendments to These Terms

2888bat reserves the right to update, revise, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where practical, notify active members via the email address registered to their account or via an in-platform notification.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of 2888bat after changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept a change to these Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 9.

14Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of 2888bat shall first be addressed through the 2888bat internal complaints procedure as set out in Section 15. Where a dispute cannot be resolved internally, it may be referred to the relevant jurisdiction's competent courts.

Where any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
